主旨:更新有關本校日間學制自5月9日(星期一)起之授課方式
說明:
一、依教育部111年5月5日公告之「大學因應疫情調整授課模式補充說明」辦理。
二、本校日間學制自5月9日(星期一)起以實體授課為原則,其他規定如下:
(一)單一課程有一位學生經衛生機關認定為確診者或密切接觸者,由授課教師與修課學生取得共識後得採遠距教學至本學期末。
(二)專兼任授課教師經衛生機關認定為確診者或密切接觸者,授課教師衡酌身體現況如仍可授課則改採遠距教學至本學期末,授課教師及開課單位應儘速通知修課學生。
(三)配合學校防疫宿舍整備搬離宿舍而無法到校參與實體課程之學生,請各開課單位助教及授課教師協助學生自5月9日起至本學期末以「彈性教學措施」進行後續學習,務必使學生學習不受影響,由授課教師依課程屬性與學生討論後決定彈性教學的上課方式,可參考下列方式:
1.授課方式可採同步或非同步的線上教學。
2.授課教師應確實掌握學生出席狀況與學習狀況,建議授課教師於教學過程中注意與學生的互動。
3.授課教師應提供因應本案搬離宿舍之學生適切的作業和評量方式。
三、暫停實體課程實施期間,得縮減上課週數,採一學分18小時彈性修課,以線上課程或於週間補課等方式辦理。本校本學期調整為16+2週,第17及18週為教師彈性補充教學,仍請授課教師應兼顧教學品質及學習效果(係依據教育部111年4月13日臺教高通字第1112201740號函公告之「校園因應『嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎』(COVID-19)疫情暫停實體課程實施標準」辦理並經本校111年4月27日第198次行政會議討論通過)。
四、請師生務必遵守防疫相關規定,實體課程期間應全程配戴口罩,上課期間嚴禁飲食,且應採固定座位。
五、相關規定將依中央流行疫情指揮中心或教育部最新規定滾動修正。
六、惠請各系、所、學位學程、開課單位協助通知所屬專兼任教師和學生知悉。

Subject: Renew the announcement about instruction method from May 9.
Contents:
Ⅰ. This guideline is based on the instruction announced by the Ministry of Education on May 5, 2022.
Ⅱ. From May 9 (Monday), in-person instruction shall be the primary basis for all NTUE courses.
1. Upon consultation with their students, teachers may switch to online instruction till the end of this semester if there are students who have tested positive or listed as close contacts of confirmed Covid-19 cases in their courses.
2. If any instructor tested positive or listed as close contacts of confirmed Covid-19 cases, the classes may switch to online instruction till the end of this semester depending on the instructor’s health situation.
3.The instructors should provide other learning measures such as synchronous instruction or asynchronous course materials for students who leave dorm due to complying with the school policy till the end of this semester. The instructors should provide appropriate assignment and examination.
Ⅲ. This semester is adjusted to 16+2 weeks. The 17th and 18th week are flex supplement teaching weeks.
Ⅳ. Please abide by all pandemic related regulations. Masks must be worn at all times during classes. Fixed seating arrangements are required. Eating and drinking are also prohibited.
Ⅴ. These guidelines will be modified as CDC or the Ministry of Education make any new changes.
Ⅵ. Please notify all teachers in your departments (graduate schools, degree programs).
