The Ruozhu Elite Academy at our school organized a series of master lectures to assist students in their future career development. The first session invited Jian-Guo Hsieh, chairman of EVER GLORY CONSTRUCTION, a former national basketball player, to share valuable experiences to inspire students on the path to success.

    Jian-Guo Hsieh, the chairman of EVER GLORY CONSTRUCTION, shared his journey to becoming a basketball player and later transitioning into entrepreneurship in architecture, education, and philanthropy. His speech titled "Act Like What You Do, the Graceful Transformation of a Basketball Player" was engaging and insightful. The event was well attended by students, with Professor Wen-Show Chien, the founder of the Ruozhu Elite Academy, also came to the scene to encourage the students. Principal Ching-Ho Chen opened the session by expressing that the purpose of hosting these master lectures was to provide students with insights into success and career advice, fostering exploration of various professional fields for future employment or entrepreneurship.

    The Ruozhu Elite Academy, founded by Professor Wen-Show Chien, has long been dedicated to philanthropy and has generously supported the school and students' future development. The academy focuses on nurturing outstanding students in Department of Arts and Design, Department of Cultural and Creative Industries Management, Department of Digital Technology Design, and Department of Physical Education. Scholarships and training funds have been provided to many students, aiding them in achieving excellence in fields such as gymnastics, men's volleyball, women's shot put, and international design competitions.

    In her address, Professor Wen-Show Chien expressed that she donated money to establish the Ruozhu Elite Academy because she could inspire others. It was her lifelong wish to contribute to her alma mater and students. She hoped that this lecture series would inspire students in the best possible way.    The event was also attended by several guests, including Professor Wen-Show Chien, Chairman Wen-Zao Lee of EVER GLORY CONSTRUCTION, and his wife. Chairman Jian-Gong Hsieh of Yaoan Investment, and the head coach of the Chinese Taipei Men's Basketball Team, Maosen Sang.

    The interactive session concluded successfully, leaving students greatly enriched and inspired. The whole event came to a successful conclusion with the lively interaction between the speaker and the audience. The student benefited a lot and gained a lot.
