主旨：本校日間學制自4月21日起恢復實體授課

Subject: NTUE will resume in-person instruction starting April 21st, 2022

說明：

Content:

一、依據教育部111年4月13日臺教高通字第1112201740號函公告之修正後「校園因應『嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎』(COVID-19)疫情暫停實體課程實施標準」及111年4月18日本校防疫專責小組110學年度第10次臨時會議討論通過，本校日間學制自111年4月21日起恢復實體授課，並請師生依以下規範辦理：

(一)請師生落實自主防疫相關規定，並全程佩戴口罩。

(二)應採固定座位、固定成員方式進行，並落實實聯制；上課期間禁止飲食；教室應保持通風良好及定時清消，如有操作設備機具須妥善清消。

I. In accordance with Ministry of Education announcement on April 13, 2022, the university will return to in-person instruction from April 21st, 2022. All faculty members and students should follow the following guidelines:

1. Please abide by all pandemic related regulations. Masks must be worn at all times during classes.

2. Fixed seating arrangements and real-name registration are required. Eating and drinking are also prohibited. All classrooms should be well ventilated, and disinfected regularly. In addition, all instruments used in the course should be sterilized properly.

二、如有教職員生確診，其授課/修課之班級及接觸者(確診個案參與社團、搭乘交通車、同住宿舍、餐廳用餐等活動足跡之接觸人員)，應暫停實體課程1至3天(視疫調情形而定)，並改採遠距教學，後續處理依衛生單位所提供疫情調查結果辦理，如下：

(一)確診教職員生授課/修課班級如無被衛生單位匡列為「密切接觸者」，可恢復實體課程。

(二)確診教職員生授課/修課班級如有被衛生單位匡列為「密切接觸者」，密切接觸者須居家隔離並進行篩檢，所授課/修課之班級於篩檢期間應停止實體課程並改採遠距教學(停止實體課程天數得視衛生單位實際疫情調查及風險評估結果後決定，屆時請衛保組提供相關資訊)，如密切接觸者之篩檢結果為陰性，則該授課/修課班級可恢復實體課程。

II. If any faculty members or students tested positive for COVID-19, their classes and anyone they had come into contact with will be suspended from in-person classes for 1 to 3 days (to be determined based on contact history). All suspended faculty and students should switch to online instruction. The duration of class suspension and the resumption of in-person instruction will be based on the following guidelines:

1. Courses shall return to in-person instruction if all involved did not have close contact with confirmed Covid-19 cases.

2. Faculty members or students who had close contact with confirmed Covid-19 cases should be quarantined and tested. The affected classes will switch to online instruction. If all affected faculty members and students test negative, the classes shall resume in-person instruction.

三、當本校1/3以上院、系、所、學位學程之班組，如有教職員生經衛生單位列為「確診個案」或「密切接觸者」(亦即當一個班組內出現確診個案或密切接觸者時，即認列為受影響班組)，得全校停止實體課程改採遠距教學(停止實體課程天數得視衛生單位實際疫情調查及風險評估結果後決定，屆時請衛保組提供相關資訊)。

III. If one third of groups at all levels and departments were reported to have faculty members or students tested positive for COVID-19 or close contact with confirmed Covid-19 cases, all NTUE courses will switch to online instruction.

四、請授課教師針對自主隔離期間的確診個案或密切接觸者，以彈性措施進行線上同步或非同步之遠距教學、使用遠距教學教材或學習平臺系統進行教學及討論，學期考試建議可採彈性多元方式，如：線上報告、專題作業、繳交作業等，以維護學生受教權益。

IV. The confirmed cases and the close contacts of confirmed cases should self-isolate; their instructors should provide synchronous instruction or asynchronous course materials for them. As for term examinations, multiple alternatives are suggested, including online reports, projects, and homework, to ensure the students may continue to learn.

五、本校授課方式將依中央流行疫情指揮中心或教育部最新規定滾動修正。

V. These guidelines will be modified as CDC or the Ministry of Education make any new changes.

六、惠請各系、所、學位學程、開課單位協助通知所屬專兼任教師和學生知悉。
