Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs consists of three divisions and one center: Division of AdmissionDivision of Registration & CurriculumDivision of Publications & Publicity, Chinese Language Education Center. The office provides all-respect of academic affair services to the students.

Dean's Office

The dean of academic affairs oversees the three divisions and one centers. Besides, he is also responsible for coordinating the academic affairs of the three colleges of the university in order to enhance teaching and research developments.

Division of Admission
Director:Sian-ya Wang, Ms.
The tasks of Division of Admission include overall coordination of recruiting services and planning of student recruiting strategy.
 
Division of Registration & Curriculum
Director:Wan-Kuan Sun, Ms.
The tasks of Division of Registration & Curriculum include registration, academic records and transcripts, and graduation credit evaluation. We also offer course-related information,  schedule the university’s academic calendar, and manage the classrooms of the school.  
 
Division of Publications
Director:Chih-Ping Ko, Ph. D.
The responsibilities of The Division of Publications include:
(1) The publication of “Journal of Educational Practice and Research,” “school introduction,” “university news” etc.
(2) Offering assistance in the related affairs of the university’s publications.

Chinese Language Education Center
Chinese Language Education Center(CLEC), a subsidiary of National Taipei University of Education(NTUE), was founded in the winter of 2006 for teaching Chinese as a second language.More than 2000 students from over 40 countries and territories from age 6 to 60 have learned Mandarin Chinese language in CLEC.
With 118 years of excellent history, NTUE(was founded in 1896) is one of prestige academic institutes in Taiwan. It plays an important role in development of primary education and teacher training programs, and has been highly regarded as an essential figure of the educational service.
